More People Claim to Have Seen a Ghost Than a Trans Person

What can I say? It doesn't fit above, put it here. Also the location of board rules/info.

More People Claim to Have Seen a Ghost Than a Trans Person

This lead me to wasting my time programming a text replacement add-on to replace all words associated with ghost identities to ghost related words.

Obviously it's not perfect, but I'm proud in multiple ways :)

Oh cool, I use a text replacement add-on too.

To understand, first see:

viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7177&p=298083&hilit=whxxps#p298083

Then see:

viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7361&p=304563&hilit=whxxps#p304563

EDIT: We also used to have someone who had an add-on that turned all occurrences of the word "conlang" into "clongo".

...Seriously though, this is fun to read. Getting amusing text replacement tools to work properly can be a real pain since things don't always match up as expected. Are you swapping out specific words or wholesale replacing the letter string t-r-a-n-s? Imagine a conlang with a distinction between ghostitive and inghostitive verbs.
Edit: Substituted a string instrument for a French interjection.

Did you intend to say ghostitive verbs there or was the the algorithm [:D] ? I'm using both, so I have trans set to replace but if it sees a larger word "example: transgender" it'll replace using that instead :)

I'm reading Kiwikami's post without your filter, and it appears as g h o s t i t i v e.

Also: How do the following words appear?

transgender
transgendered
transsexual
transfemale
transmale
transwoman
transman
transgirl
transguy
transboy
transphobic
transphobia

Do you filter the sequence trann? As in "trxnny" and its plural "trxnnies"?

translate
transportation
transplant
transcript
transfer
transform
transparent
transition
transmit

I met one at my last campus, I didn't ask if they were just a cross dresser though.

I decided not to put that into the filter for the sole reason that I want to know it someone is calling me a slur so I can properly respond.

I have never seen a ghost as far as I know.

I have personally seen, met, spoken with, and interacted with, at least three transsexual or transgender people I can be sure of.

Two M2F and one F2M.

One of the M2Fs I didn’t know any better and treated her as masculine. She ignored my error.
The other kind of got on my nerves. Probably mostly because she was overconfident that her transition was convincing; it wasn’t.
The F2M was very helpful to me and I will always be grateful.

I’m sure I’ve seen and heard plenty on recorded and broadcast media.

There’s a very good chance I’ve seen others in person without any need to interact.

.....

Any ghosts I’ve seen must have been a lot more convincing than some of the trans- people I’ve met.
They’ve completely fooled me!
OTOH does the fraction 0/0 actually mean anything?
