Very, very close! welledges is indeed "electoral constituencies/districts". teketting has decidedly negative connotations, however.

I think you deserve it because I wouldn’t have gotten it without shimobataar’s broad hint in reply to your very accurate last guess.

But also; I genuinely am not prepared to take a turn right now.

You could pretty much pick any random word in Old Wentish, since the sound changes aren't published.
