/p b t d k g/ п б т д к г
/f v s z ʃ ʒ ç~x ʝ~ɣ h/ ф в с з ш ж х ҋ һ
/t͡s d͡z t͡ʃ d͡ʒ/ ц ҙ ч ж
/m n ɲ~ŋ/ м н ӊ
/l j w/ л й ў
/r/ р

/i iː u uː/ и ӣ у ӯ
/e eː o oː/ э э̄ о о̄
/a aː/ а а̄
+ /j/ for all
і і̄ ю ю̄ е е̄ ё ё̄ я я̄

Birdish (Modern Standard), my main Conlang.
Consonants
/m n ɲ ŋ/
/p b t d k g ʔ/
/β s z ɮ ɕ ʑ x~h ɣ/
/ʨ ʥ/
/l ʎ j ɰ~w/
/ɽ/
/r/

Consonant allophones
/t d s z n l r/ —> /i ɽ/ = /ʧ ʤ ʃ ʒ ɲ ʎ ʒ/
Any other consonants next to /i/ or /j/ become palatized.
/ɽ/ after any other consonants or in between two vowels becomes /ɭ~ɻ/.
/ɽ/ at the end of a word becomes /ɺ̢/ (retroflex lateral rhotic coarticulated approximant so /ɻ͡ɭ/ I’m using the symbol for).
/ɽ/ before alveolar consonants changes them to retroflex (Including the trill) and lengthens the preceding vowel.
/l/ at the end of a word becomes /ɺ/ (actually the lateral tap this time).
Nasals assimilate to place of consonants,

Vowels
/i y ɯ u ʊ e ø o ə ɛ ɔ æ a(ː)/
Vowels can be long or short. /ə/ is always short. /y ɯ ø æ a/ are long only when primarily stressed.
/ə/ is the short equivalent of /a/ and can never be long.
Vowels can be nasal as well.
Try the best. It’s pretty cool! I already have a romanized script for it (the 2 native ones are a South Indian influenced abugida and a Deseret inspired alphabet with uppercase and lowercase letters).

/m n ɲ ŋ/ <м н њ ҥ>
/p b t d k g ʔ/ <п б т д к г ъ>
/β s z ɮ ɕ ʑ x~h ɣ/ <в с з ш щ ж х ғ>
/ʨ ʥ/ <ч џ>
/l ʎ j ɰ~w/ <л љ ј~й ў>
/ɽ~ɭ~ɻ~ɺ̢/ <рь>
/r~ʒ/ <р>
<ј> is used before a vowel, <й> is used after one

/i y ɯ u/ <и ю ы ү>
/ʊ/ <у>
/e ø o/ <е ө о>
/ɛ ɔ/ <э о̀>
/æ a~ə/ <я а>

/ã/ <аң>

Vowel length is typically marked by adding an acute accent on the consonant. /ɔː/ however is instead marked it as <о̌>

/t͡s d͡z t͡ʃ d͡ʒ/
/f v s z ʃ ʒ h~ɦ~x~∅/

-All consonants can be geminated
-A large number of assimilations occur, most notably /nj ɲj tj dj cj ɟj/ are pronounced as /ɲː ɲː cː ɟː cː ɟː/ and /lj/ may be pronounced as /ʎː/ but is now far more commonly pronounced as /jː/

/i iː y yː u uː/

(I found Article 1 of the UDHR in Hungarian on Omniglot, and looked for IPA transcriptions of each word on Wiktionary.)
