wn is short for weon, noun, which means all of friend, enemy, person, human, dude, fellow and man and more. it's just a generic vocative here.

apañar, verb, to accompany, support and/or come with someone. in the reflexive voice (apañarse), it means 'to make do' or sth.

de pana is a recent borrow from our tropical brothers in the north of latam: it means good, with the feeling of 'true, genuine and authentic, the real deal'

mis wachos comes from wacho, huacho, meaning originally alone, bastard or fatherless, but these days meaning something more like friend. mi wacho es una frase hecha que viene a significar 'mi pana' o 'my dude', algo por ahi.
