Afuera llueve.
It's raining outside. I don't like the rain; snow is better. But when it snows, the streets don't get plowed. Everybody slides across the ice, both cars and people!

You could say "bello" or "hermoso". But at least in my dialect those words have a somewhat poetic/archaic/ridiculous feel.

Barangkali Al Gore berkata kebenaran. [D:]
I prefer rain, I love its smell. When I was a kid it never snowed, but now summers are hotter and winters colder, and they seem to be inverting. What happened to the good old Mediterranean climate? Maybe Al Gore was right. [D:]

Our Mediterranean climate is changing too. But the trend is toward drier winters. California hasn't gotten enough snow for several years.

It feels more correct to use "année". Since winter isn't arrived yet, it reads better with the past tense.

The climate in :us-pa: is getting hotter.

Hic in Pennsylvania tempus paulatim frigescit. Iamiam opus est temporis frigidioris!
Here in :us-pa: the weather is getting colder bit by bit. Already it needs to be much colder!

Ubi in appendice Probi dicitur "tempestas, non tempus"
Where in the Appendix Probi does it say "tempestas, non tempus"

D'you mean My street is cloudy ?

Via mea nebulosa est - My street is foggy?

:?: [O.o] :?:

Forsit melius dicere, nubes viam mean occultant.
It might be better to say, Clouds cover my street.

Vel in nebulā crassā via mea obscuratur.
Or My street is covered up in a thick fog.

Vel simpliciter Via mea obnūbilāta est.
Or simply My street is all obscured with cloud/fog.

Nonnullae optiones sunt.
There are some options.
