For the past month or so, I'm just been working on a look at how a reform specifically for my country's dialects' orthography would work as opposed to trying to broadly cover any other English dialects. I haven't done too much in the way of letters except regularise some of the names, introduce the schwa and ash (because lol history), as well as reappropriate the German umlaut to represent other central vowels.

Circumflexes are assumed when a word ends with a vowel unless the vowel is always short or long, and are also not necessary if there's no confusion in words.
