Gondolan speakers would have a pretty thick accent in English, and somewhat bizarre.

I'm curious as to why we have /ueθ/ for /wɪθ/ but /vʌn/ for /wʌn/. Is /v/ not allowed before front vowels?

Gondolan phonotactics doesn't allow for high vowels to pair with low vowels. So /ueθ/ would be a valid syllable in Gondolan whereas /uʌn/ would not, so /vʌn/ is substitued for /uʌn/.

This really just assumes no attempt by the Gondolan speakers part to speak proper English.
