Among other things, digraphs like <dh nh dj ny rr>, especially when they all appear together, are quite characteristic of the orthographies of indigenous Australian languages, and Pama-Nyungan is by far the largest language family native to Australia.
(Just to be clear: is Dhuwal specific enough, or would you like us to keep guessing?)
