How many of you form indefinite pronouns out of interrogatives? Are the two even related in your langs? (They're not in mine.)

It can be either way. I put the emphasis in the твои in my sentence.

By the way, are you a Russian speaker?

Actually, no. Какие твои цветы? has a meaning of What your flowers? Like, for example, someone says:
- Have you seen my flowers?
- What you flowers?

Russian is also my native language.

I am positive that it doesn't matter in what order they appear in. What difference would it make?

In Soviet Russia, native speakers can't distinguish well themselves. :)

Then how come you don't feel the difference? :wat:
Pirka wrote:I am positive that it doesn't matter in what order they appear in. What difference would it make?
A whole lot of difference:
Какие цветы твои? = What flowers are yours?
Какие твои цветы? = What your flowers?
In Russian the focus (or is it topic?) is put in the end of a phrase.

I don't think "Valar morghulis" is something Pastafarians are supposed to say; is it?
I think it may be against one of the FSM's "suggestions".
(Of course those are guidelines, not rules, so it's probably OK in some circumstances or in moderation.)

(1)
Who is watching me?
Somebody is watching me.

Kto tam mię obserwuje?
Ktoś mię obserwuje.

(it would be translated differently if watch is supposed to mean 'guard, look after' here; I wasn't sure what the OP meant)

Kto mię pilnuje?
Ktoś mię pilnuje.

(2)
What did you see?
You saw something.

INFORMAL:

Co widziałeś? (imperfective) Co zobaczyłeś? (perfective)
Coś widziałeś.

FORMAL (to a man):

Co pan widział? Co pan zobaczył?
Coś pan widział.

(to a woman):

Co pani widziała? Co pani zobaczyła?
Coś pani widziała.

(3)
What are you doing?
You are doing something.

INFORMAL:

Coś robisz.

FORMAL (to a man):

Coś pan robi.

(to a woman):

Co pani robi?
Coś pani robi.

(4)
Where does she live?
She lives somewhere.

Gdzie ona mieszka?
Ona gdzieś mieszka.

(in a formal context, if the person talked about is present, you might want to substitute pani for ona. So yeah, effectively Polish has ambiguous 2nd/3rd person formal pronouns).

(5)
Which flowers are yours?
Some flowers are yours.

INFORMAL:

Które kwiaty są twoje?
Któreś kwiaty są twoje.

FORMAL (to a man):

(to w woman):

Które kwiaty są pani?
Któreś kwiaty są pani.

In Vtain, questions are formed with rising intonation. So the two clauses are exactly the same. Very contrastive foci that often appear in wh-questions can be positioned to the clause-final position, kind of wh-movement, too. But it is not obligatory.

There are three question words:
baxa - who
kraba - what
se (not inflected) - which of...

Specificity was the biggest problem in the translation.
krap - unspecific - means 'anything'
and
kraba - specific - means 'something'
