It's one of several proposed logical definitions for the definite determiner "the", in lambda notation.

Oh hey attributive verbs can officially take oblique arguments now. This was a thing I'd decided a while back but never actually used in a translation before. Neat. (While I generally like to keep words of a restricted length, now and then it's nice to have a good, long, extremely-specific verb: âklıàxmahahısǎrak·lataxahàk "being one of more than two things proposed as possible definitions for [something]")

There are many holidays in winter (around this time). However, some people seem to think it's all Christmas. It makes me laugh.

(Traditional feasts are many in winter. Unlike this, many people seem to believe winter being Christmas-season. So I happily mock (laugh).)
