A bit late but close enough.

Onure: tsean, ['t͡se.an] (transitive verb) to improve, to prepare, to renovate, to upgrade, to make safe, to make tasty.

The last sense of the word was originally slang spread by Remaŋa nomads, and still isn't used by the Hekatsu or Rahekae clans.

I have Animate and Neuter/Inanimate genders; nations, being groups/organizations of people, are all Animate.
