Re: Conlang word easter eggs?
It's funny because I was just about to merge these two old threads when one of them was suddenly revived..! I was about to suggest also merging the newest word thread, since the Easter egg back story was what I was aiming for. I didn't know either that this phenomenon was called an Easter egg. A co...

What is the newest word in your conlang?
I couldn't find an earlier thread on the same topic, so I though I'd create a new one. With some inspiration from this thread I would like to know: what is the most recent addition to your conlang's lexicon? How did it come to be (sudden flash of inspiration, derivation of previously existing words ...

Re: The longest and the shortest word in your conlang
Interesting idea. Poswa has many words that are simply CV, but I do have a lexical entry for i "to feel, touch with a body part". Whether it really constitutes a word is open for question, since it changes to /ž-/ in all inflected forms, and to /j/ or /l/ when lexically combined with anot...

Re: Uhoq Vernissage
As for longer posts, I may not be the best person to gauge whether they work or not by! If you look at my world's thread, you'll see I tend towards long posts. I did, and I really enjoy reading your stories, so I'll go for long posts too! Just keep your world coming and we'll be content! ...

Re: Uhoq Vernissage
Just checking in to say how much I've been enjoying your work! (And also thanks for fixing the broken links!) Thank you! =) I'm glad you like it! I was worried the last post had too much text and information in it for people to be bothered to take it on, but I guess it works then. I didn't know the...

Re: Lexember 2019
Thank you for your initiative to this thread! It was inspiring to see all the new words in all the different languages. Lexember really helped me a lot. I've come so far with Ivook now (further than I have in the last decade!). I'm a little sad it's over though. Out of habit I kept looking for new L...

Re: A Collaborative Stone-Age Conlang
I am interested! I'm quite into prehistory and the Stone Age lifestyle in general, so I think it could be fun helping create something from that inspiration. I have never collaborated in conlanging before though, but I'm really excited about it! [:)] Is the Stone Age setting in the temperate equator...
