Is it natural to have both an alveolar /r/ and a uvular /ʁ/ (not /ʀ/) in the same language? It does happen. Like, half of Caucasus has both. Although the uvular mostly works like a fricative there rather than an approximant (which you probably meant). But I don't think this difference is too import...
