Re: phrase modifying game

This is getting stale, shall we do a French phrase, without grammar and no phoneme chart?

Re: Rythm based conlang?

Swedish comes to mind, as well as an Australian language that inserted a vowel in words of three syllables to get an even number of syllables. And I think it was Navajo? Navajo has an affix that draws attention to a word in a sentence in the way English uses prosody. And of course floating tone! The...

It is strange to have high and mid tone, instead of high and low tone. Though it would be fun to have them representing a pitch accent system where you have low tone surfacing through tone sandhi.
In the context of naturalism of course.

I was just wondering what time travel would mean for diachronic language change. Would languages become more stable, due to transtemporal levelling? Less stable, die to transtemporal mass migrations? Would people become multilingual in several stages of one and the same language? If it's forward ti...

Gleb gave me an interesting sound change once, where Front vowels become centralised after a semivowel, /j/ and /w/.

Re: phrase modifying game

INDEF becomes a suffix after the noun it modifies... How does this work as it is now? INDEF applies not to nouns that are objects? New affix: ʕɔzɐ- (Adverbaliser) which becomes > qɔrɐ- <qoza> (technically we still have /ʕ/, the text just only had /ʕC/. But we'll do /ʕ/ > /q/. h > j / V[+high]_V, V_V...

The vowels might be /i e a/, intensifying the Wichita vibe even further.
Mayhap /e a/ with /j~i/?
