I've done some basic cache clearing and maybe that will help.

The board is due for an update that I will do sometime tomorrow. And hopefully, that will resolve the issue.

If you want the icon replaced, you need to make the new icon.
Post that and I can update it.

The urls have been updated now. Although, the url formatting you show is not correct and it likely represents an older version of phpbb. I also updated the forums to the latest version of phpbb which has caused the smilies to stop working. It is a known issue and is due to be fixed in their next release.
