I think if clawgrip is up for it, we'd all surely love it if he were to make a lesson thread on conscripts to explain what his thought process is and what tricks he uses to get the amazing effects he does.

Thanks. But in fact, I already did. You can check it out here. Actually, I intended to continue beyond where that thread left off, but kind of got distracted by other things.

I'm doing a lot of reading about Breton- I'm even studying how to speak the language a bit. Though I probably won't be able to give lessons anytime soon, is anybody interested in an AMA about the language?

No offense, but I think I'd rather learn it from someone else, who is either fluent or native in Breton. Thanks for volunteering however.

I said I wasn't talking about lessons, but rather a grammatical sketch based on the various resources I have about the language.

Are there any sketches of Indo-Aryan or Malay languages in the teaching corner?

Not yet, but I could make some Papuan Malay or Standard Indonesian lessons, if there are enough people, who'd like to listen.

Wouldn't want to trouble someone, just wanted to know if it was already there.

Unfortunately, external resources for Malay and Tagalog are poor.
Maybe it is better to write some sentences in English and ask for translations with glosses.
English is not my native language. Sorry for any mistakes or lack of knowledge when I discuss this language.

I'd like to see some lesson threads about different ways a lexicon can develop and different ways words are constructed in different natlangs and conlangs. If this already exists then may I have a link?

The Conlanger's Thesaurus may be what you're looking for.

and it is very good [:)]
Also there are some natlang databases. There is clics, which is more synchronic. And also I am pretty sure there is one for diachronic relations, but I forgot which one it is. Maybe you can find it in the resources thread?

You might be thinking of The World Lexicon of Grammaticalization, which is also very good.

I would be willing to provide an in-depth guide to the Romance languages and how to make a good romlang. Is anyone interested?

As I said on the IRC, I'd love to see a Romance guide like Aszev's old one on Avaneca.com

I am hoping to get my own resources on the Romance languages soon, so I hopefully can help some.

If you want, I can contribute some material (books on natlang development or some examples in Buonavallese).

Does anyone want a specific topic to be discussed on the Romance guide? I'm making a Table of Contents/Syllabus right now, and would like your suggestions

Also, if it wasn't clear, I'm looking for aid from people who natively speak any Romance language, especially those who speak nonstandard dialects/languages of Romanian, Italian, French and Spanish. I look forward to working together to complete the guide.
