Most of us just interpret /g/ as /ɡ/ since in many fonts they're the same symbol. <g> /d̠͡ʒ/ almost always comes from some kind of prior palatalization.
And where does the use of ":" as a tone symbol come from? I only used "ː" because if I used ":" there it would create the :a: emoji.

[+1] To ɶʙ ɞʛ's points.

Even in more formal, "real-life" settings, I've found that linguists are often more than happy to substitute symbols that are more user-friendly (such as <' : g>) for those that are technically correct and part of the standard IPA (such as <ʼ ː ɡ>). Especially in a game thread on an internet forum for a rather obscure hobby, I really don't think there's any need for us to be so picky about the notation that other people use, at least as long as it's still intelligible, which I'd argue it absolutely is in this case. Given the context, I think it's clear that /t' i:/, for instance, are equivalent to more standard IPA /tʼ iː/ here. Based on your "corrections", it seems like you understood that this was ɶʙ ɞʛ's intention as well. If it bothers you, there's always the option to simply replace <' :> with <ʼ ː> in your response post without calling any attention to it, as I admittedly often do myself.

I'm not familiar with the use of <:> as a tone symbol either, and I'm particularly confused by the apparent assertion that /g/ = /d͡ʒ/? Apparently in some early versions of the IPA, <g ɡ> were apparently used for the consonants that are now typically represented as /ɣ g~ɡ/, but I haven't been able to find anything about the IPA using <g> for /d͡ʒ/.
