These all interpreted as silent/no sounds. Somewhat like Japanese allophones, e.g. [i̥] for the word “nagashita”, [ɯ̥] for the word “sukiyaki” or suffix “-su” has a silence voice and pronounced as “nagashta”, “skiyaki”, “-s” (like “des(u), ittadakimas(u)”) respectively.
Not use /ʔ ɰ/ as ⟨q ğ⟩, hate letter ⟨ơ ư⟩
Better use /ɰ~ɯ/ as ⟨v⟩
Won’t use new letters outside unicode, e.g. ⟨c̣⟩, ⟨q̇⟩, ⟨ɛ́⟩, ⟨ɣ̃⟩, etc.

This was intended to be totally voiceless inventory.

What was? There’s more difficult spellings than Welsh, Irish, Gaelic, Celtic and Scottish. There no single letter ⟨a⟩, ⟨e⟩ and ⟨o⟩. Want to re-edit back for simple spellings?
