There is no double y. The two ys are distinct. Still, I like the direction you're going w'.

a ä å æ b c ç ch d e é f g i l m n ñ o ö p qu r s t u ü v y z

I want to imagine this writing system is as inconsistent as French

a ä å e é i o ö u ü (also written a ae au e é i o oe u ue)
/a æ ɑ ɛ e ɪ o œ u y/
æ is a holdover from earlier forms, sometimes meaning /a æ ɛ/.
There are an uncountable number of diphthongs, each more confusing than the last.

m n ñ stand for /m n ɲ/, through they can trigger nasalization
p t = /p t/; c is /k/ before non-fronted vowels - otherwise, qu is used
b d g = /b d g/, though they can lenitiate intervocalically to /β ð ɣ/
c before front vowels is pronounced /s/, though towards the middle or end of a word, is written ç
s and z are used at the front of words for /s z/; mid-/end-word, they stand for /z 3/. ch is /∫/
f v stand for /ɸ β/
y can double as a vowel (schwa) or a consonant (/j/)
l and r mean /l r/ but can be lenitiated into extremely soft forms

Chil düe lonçegér. Mæl såpiñän quæn t'diem?
Chil dueé lonçegér. Mæl saupiñaen quæn-t'-diem?

In this game, they mean whatever you want them to mean. I didn't have anything specific in mind.
Visions1 wrote: 28 Jul 2021 18:25 The cedillas scream Turkish. I have a really strong feeling you just decided to just make Turkish with extra steps. Or Lativian.
I really didn't put much that much thought into it.
Visions1 wrote: 28 Jul 2021 18:25 You just took the alphabet and augmented it, didn't you : P
If that's how you want to look at it, sure.

Btw, you did a good job on the alphabet back there. Sorry about the curtness.

a â b d e h i î j k l m n o r s t u û v x z
a â e i î o u û
b d h j k l m n r s t v x z

So, firstly, I think the circumflexes are length, like Welsh.
/iî - - - u û/
/e - - - o/
/- aâ - - -/
I'd imagine diphthongs, but they would be mostly phonetic.

/- t k/ <t k>
/b d -/ <b d>
/- s - h~ʔ/ <s h>
/v z ɣ/ <v z x>
/l r j/ <l r j>

Serves me right.
