Sorry about that. I was a bit brain dead after that last one.
Oh, no worries! That's totally understandable.

a â ă b ḅ ch d ḍ e ê g h i k kh l m n ṇ o ô ọ p ph qu r s ṣ t th u

Initial:

a â ă b ḅ c ch d ḍ e ê g h i k kh l m n ṇ o ô ọ p ph q qu r s ṣ t th u
_ _ _ m͡b ɓ t͡s t͡sh n͡d ɗ _ _ ŋ͡g h _ k kh l m n ŋ _ _ _ p ph ʜ ʜu r s ʂ t th _

Originally <h q> were /h ʜ/; however, both were deleted, except /ʜ/ > /x/ before /u/, and /h/ aspirated voiceless stops.

a â ă b ḅ c ch d ḍ e ê g h i k kh l m n ṇ o ô ọ p ph q qu r s ṣ t th u
_ _ _ m͡b ɓ t͡s t͡sʰ n͡d ɗ _ _ ŋ͡g ∅ _ k kʰ l m n ŋ _ _ _ p pʰ ∅ xu r s ʂ t tʰ _

/u/ is deleted adjacent to velars; elided from orthography as well, except for "qu" as that is still a distinct sound /x/.

a â ă b ḅ c ch d ḍ e ê g h i k kh l m n ṇ o ô ọ p ph q qu r s ṣ t th u
_ _ _ m͡b ɓ t͡s t͡sʰ n͡d ɗ _ _ ŋ͡g ∅ _ k kʰ l m n ŋ _ _ _ p pʰ ∅ x r s ʂ t tʰ _

Lenition of ordinary voiceless stops: p > v~f, t > r~r̥, t͡s > z~s, k > j~ç. <c> merges with <s>.

a â ă b ḅ ch d ḍ e ê g h i k kh l m n ṇ o ô ọ p ph qu r s ṣ t th u

Final result:

<m n ṇ> /m n ŋ/
<ph th ch kh> /pʰ tʰ t͡s kʰ/
<b d g> /m͡b n͡d ŋ͡g/

This is a really weird system for a language something like Hmong crossed with Dene.

There are 6 possible codas (plus a null coda rep'd by <a>) - <z x r n ! n!> /ts kx r n ʔ nk/, derived from final /t k l n q ŋ/
The colours each represent a tone (Ba - mid; G - mid rising; R - high falling; Bu - low)
' h and v represent glottalized, aspirated, and labialized consonants, respectively
q y b c ç and # tell you whether the initial is a plosive, resonant, affricate, fricative, or nasal. # means null.
Vowels are unmarked because with a language like this, there are probably only like 5 options anyways.

This is a cipher system something like the melodies played by the Hmong on the qeej - a reed instrument - in that they omit certain parts of the word, which then have be memorized.
So playing "ag eeb oob" and knowing you mean "dag neeb hmoob."'

The actual phonology is something like
hm m m' hn n n' hŋ ŋ ŋ' hŋw ŋw ŋ'w
ph p p' t th t' kh k k' kwh kw k'w qh q q' qwh qw q'w
tsh ts ts' t∫h t∫ t∫' tłh tł tł'
s z ∫ 3 ł x xw X Xw
l l' wh w w' yh y y'
(ʔ)
4 tones - mid, mid rising, high falling, low
vowels a e i o u
only t k q l n ŋ allowed as codas.

No I am not giving you a written example.

My turn: a à ȁ á b d g j i ì ȉ í n o ò ȍ ó ƣ r s u Ɨ
Bonus points if there are only 3 vowels, with no tones, lengthening, rhoticizing, etc. modding them.

Some stuff I notice:
The vowels tell me "Welsh"
Not sure what the marks above them mean, but it's either a tone distinction like in NA languages, or it's some Hungarian business.
The cedillas scream Turkish. I have a really strong feeling you just decided to just make Turkish with extra steps. Or Lativian.
Assuming cedillas are palatals, there are no palatals for bilabials, x, z, or q. V seems to rep /w/ at lest in some porto-language, maybe /v/ now.
You just took the alphabet and augmented it, didn't you : P

I could make the vowels have a 3-way distinction, but it doesn't seem to rub me right. So it'll be tonal. Like Igbo or Algonquian of something.

/m n nj/
/p t tj ts tsj k kj q/
/b d dj g gj h hj/

/v j l lj r rj/
tsj and sj lenitiate into tɕ and ɕ, hj into ç. Slight lenition in the palatalized obstruents.

7 vowels /i e a ɯ ɤ u o/ <i e a y w u o>
Words look like Hungarian or Turkish

Is that last one a Wynn?
You don’t need both a theta and a thorn, right?

So first things first, this is just Sanskrit.

This is just Sankrit minus the aspirations, plus carons to throw us for a loop. So I don't really see why jñ kš śr and tr should be their own things. But let's say they are Dental vs. Alveolar vs. Palatal vs. Retroflex, just for fun.

Was sorta going for an Irish/Breton feel for the last one, so I find the interpretation interesting. I'm proud you picked up on the way-too-large number of vowels.

m n n̂ p p̪ b f t d c ç ¢ k kl g gl g̪ h h̪ j ĵ l ł q r r̂ s kp gb x z

So firstly, there are two vowels that don't appear to have a pair - â and û.
Seems like Zulu to me
There seems to be voiced-unvoiced pairs of j l r kp
Square bracket = short, hat = long

c q x
m n n̂
p t ç ¢ k kl kp
b d - - g gl gb
p̪ - - - g̪
f s - h̪ - - h
j ł r
ĵ l r̂

| ! ǂ
m n - - ŋ
p t t∫ tɬ k q kp
b d - - g G gb
p̪ - - - ɠ
f s ∫ - x - - h
- z
j̈ ɬ r̤
j l r

When I look at the text again, I realize it looks really European, but I put in enough work on this. I'm not changing it.

Oh. I didn’t recognize it.
How close or open is it? How front or back is it? I can’t find it on the vowel chart.
Unless it’s the close-mid central rounded thing?

….

Does that mean the grapheme after the psi is a thorn, not a wynn?
Or is it a sho? The x~h thing seems more like a Bactrian sho to me than like a thorn (or a wynn).
