Dec 1st Entry:
Language: Nekxursin
Kutär: /kutar/ A physical dwelling or home.
Noun, Gender 3, Classifier: ütsel (container)
In this language letters with diaeresis represent a low tone with creaky voice. If a vowel is unmarked it is a higher tone with modal voice.
There are three genders ranked by animacy. G1 is the highest, G3 the lowest.

(A recent, unnamed, and mostly isolating conlang):
For yesterday:
moŋ léŋ, mō-léŋ "nurser, wetnurse, (by extension) parent, mother"
*mæuŋ "to flow, move, go" > *moŋ "to drip, release fluids; feed"
+ léñ "woman" (lit. "one that hides (her hoo-ha)"
moŋ léñ > moŋ-léŋ > mō-léŋ "nurser"
and for today:
óksād mountain
*ʔaukada "to be swollen, to be bold, strong, true" + *ad (noun forming adpos.) > *ʔaukada-ad > *ʔaukədād > *ók(ə)dād > *óktad > óksād "mountain"

I like my languages how I like my women: grammatically complex with various moods and tenses, a thin line between nouns and verbs, and dozens upon dozens of possible conjugations for every single verb.

panne: (adj) (describing motion) smooth, fluid, easy
Re: Lexember 2016
3rd Yélian word:
flaca [ˈlakɐ] - fam. to twaddle, gossip, babble, tell nonsense
From an "Orange is the new Black" character
The usage of this verb is mainly dialectal (esp. Southern area). It is mostly used pejoratively, but sometimes also as a part of ironical self-determination (e. g. "Áiaflacatsan", a comedy group)
Note to pronunciation: the f in an <fl> anlaut is normally silent, but is pronounced in a compound after a vowel. Example: flacai [ˈlakaɪ̯] - I bubble, but: yiflacai [ʃiˈɸlakaɪ̯] - I bubbled. As flaca so is normally homophonous to laca - to hit, it came out the proverb:
Sa flacei èpa rat lacei.
[sa ˈlakɛɪ̯ ˈɛpɐ rɐt ˈlakɛɪ̯]
2SG bubble-2SG and 1SG.OBL hit-2SG
You talk rubbish and hit me. (about: The pen is mightier than the sword etc., but focuses more on slandering etc.)
Example:
- Psat, Iónatan... Saria rat yibicet pi yidocmandayei fecun to gima...
- Pe ta valitflacet!? Iep, olcem faibut, ce yianon!
[əpˈsɐt, ˈjoːnatan... ˈsaɾja rɐt ʃiˈbiːkɛ‿pi ʃiˌdɔcmɐnˈdaːʃɛɪ ˈɸɛkʊn tɔ ˈχimɐ...]
