I just finished a catalogue of all 532 conlang projects that I have started in my ~14 ears conlanger career. I guess I have to admit that I AM a scrapper [:D] But it's one thing ticke off of my conlanging to do list. My plan is to work out some of these in more detail and not add any more. And answer Eldin's question from the Q&A thread that I started typing an answer to months ago. Sorry, if this post is a bit jumbled. It's the euphoria of finishing the catalogue. [:)]

I finished the writing page for Nyjichun - https://silvercat.neocities.org/nyji-writing.html

Formal and informal writing, and three different styles based on traditions and writing materials. Plus this: "Later writers created a variety of script or cursive versions, of varying levels of legibility. Many of these were derided for being 'flighty', 'irreverent,' and 'disrepectful of the venerable art of writing'."

Goodness! Can't say I've heard of any of those. Except for maculomancy, they all get very few if any Google hits.

Do natriomancers look at salt and tympanomancers at drums? Horologomancers at clocks?

Natriomancers cast saloscopes: scattering the salt crystals upon the aged surface of the well scrubbed wooden table, the equally aged natriomancer passed her fingers over the large blocky crystals, considering the patterns made by the curious pale pink cubes, and therein found that pattern of our own fate which paralleled that of the salt.

Tympanomancers actually use salt as well, but finely ground: spread some onto a specially made drum that they sing into. The resulting patterns are then read and interpreted.

Horologomancy is fairly complex, technologically speaking. Practitioners use variably geared horologues which, once wound up and set in motion, they observe the motions and interactions of the automata contained within, the patterns of which foreshadow the forthcoming interactions to be participated in here in the world.

Oneiromancy is asfohel. That word had already been in Kankonian's dictionary for years; my spreadsheet shows it was word number #37,096.

@Elemtilas: So those are all Yeolan forms of divination? Awesome!

I worked on some more forms of divination. Created over 170 words today. My favorite is vyudugid, or amygdalomancy -- divination by almonds (from Ciladian bhyud, almond, and ugid).
