Given names in your conlang

Post by Serena »

Hi all,

I noticed that I really like translating real existing names into "con-names". I often use names of real person when I write conlang examples and lessons.

Let's share our conlang-ed names :)

:con: Gadīl

English names:

Sarah: SHRH (Sārā) /θaːʁa/
Jenny: JHNY (Jānī) /ʒaːnɪ/
Jodie: JWDY (Jūdī) /ʒuːdʲɪ/

Italian names:

Serena [:)] : SRYNH (Sarīnā) /θaʁɪːna/
Luca: LWKH (Lūkā) /luːka/
Carlo: KRLW (Karlū) /kaːʁlʊ/
