tɐ́lʒrə̬k language

Post by Johnathan_4 »

I told you guys I would show you my language so that's what I am here to do. It's a twenty three page paper. How can I upload it on here? Also, the language has more room to grow and expand so I am always open to here what you guys have to say or add to it. [:D]

Yay! I'm glad you're going to share your conlang. The CBB doesn't support file attachments, so you would need to upload the document to a separate hosting website and then provide a link to it here.

Does your language have romanization or just IPA? How are higher numbers formed?

Yes.
How would you express
A^(B^C)
for
2 <= A <= 20
2 <= B <= 20
2 <= C <= 20
?
Of course that’s 19^3 (6859) numerals, so it’d be ridiculous to ask you to write them all out.
Just give us the recipe —— if you have one —— when you have it. (in my opinion you don’t have to have it. But if you do it would be something to brag about!)

But if you allow each of A, B, and C to vary independently from 2 to 6, that’d be 125 numerals; would that still be too many?
Or let each vary from 2 though 4; that’d be 27 numerals. Surely that’s not too many?
Or maybe it is.

the tɐ́lʒrə̬k language has no roman letters except the r in the word tɐ́lʒrə̬k and a couple r sounds with a rhoticity on the end. The entire tɐ́lʒrə̬k language has 47 consonants and 32 vowels that have its own script and can also be written in the IPA. So its a phonetic alphabet. All of this and more is explained in my paper once I get my website hosting link. The numbers work in 10's. After 10 you include the word for one, two, three and so on in between the word 10 for example;

1. ʃiɛsɪk
2. kɛsr˞
3. tɐbɪts
4. uɹɐ
5. gɛɹɛM
6. ibɪk
7. ɛnɛʒ
8. æwiu
9. ʒɐbi
10. gɛtu

11. gɛʃiɛsɪktu
12. gɛkɛsr˞ tu and so on...
20. gɛtugɛtu
30. tɐbɪtsgɛtu
40. uɹɐgɛtu and so on.
100. gɛtuɪs
Does that make sense?

While I understand numbers haven't appeared in your paper, I've merged the two threads together since they still deal with the same language

I forgot to mention how to count from 31 to 40.

(40 - 50 and 60 -70 and so on all have the same pattern)

20. gɛtugɛtu
30. tɐbɪtsgɛtu

gɛtuʃiɛsɪkgɛtu - 21
gɛtukɛsr˞ gɛtu - 22
gɛtutɐbɪtsgɛtu - 23 and so on

tɐbɪtsʃiɛsɪkgɛtu - 31
tɐbɪtskɛsr˞ gɛtu - 32
tɐbɪtstɐbɪtsgɛtu - 33 and so on all the way to 40 and beyond

I also wanted to mention that I got my inspiration to create the tɐ́lʒrə̬k language from nature, native american languages like Lakota and Choctaw, English, Hebrew, my two huskies, and JRR Tolkien! :)

tɐ́lʒrə̬k language is also a choreographed dance that has its own script to follow as well. The dance is also a martial art. This is also in my paper.
