I could've sworn I did this one with Yélian already - especially as I had all the words for this rather challenging sentence in my dictionary already. But alas, here it comes:

:con: Yélian

A'palamé leʻitòivanasbratsbul fecun iala è danisan. Mefísbul fecun caliu è quires èpa dirærucvam pès evaneʻi bar vuquan o'namvisod.

DEF.ANIM-people.COL free_and_equal-born-COP.3SG with dignity and right-PL | endowed-COP.3PL with reason and conscience and COND-FUT-encounter-COND.3PL towards each_other out_of good_spirit DEF.GEN=brotherhood
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

(For sure I'll find it again in a couple of weeks and can nicely compare how Yélian changed since then).

Introducing my newest (WIP) conlang:

:con: New Scandinavian

De kratisait kukanan er same, ja kukan mus kiter de same tinen. Teneherne kitet til kukan, ja kukan mus tener toistan ja tener fi er storfamiliese.
(lit. The freedom of everyone is the same and everyone should be given the same things. Everyone is given a reasoning brain, and everyone treats one another as if they are in one big family.)
(too lazy to provide a gloss)

Semi-expert in creating horrid vowel inventories, hyperminimalistic and hypermaximalistic phonologies, and mathematical conlangs.

Turns out I've been working on this translation for more than a year. I started on the first sentence last January, and I finally got around to completing things in the past few days. So some of the "new" words, like καρίς, feel old to me [:D]

And here's the title:

/tehegeriˈka kaˈris zgemeˈlinon tʰikejoˈmanon/
universal-F declaration human-GEN.PL.N right-GEN.PL

Universal Declaration of Human Rights

New words
ἀλλάλλον (allállon) pro - each other (reciprocal) (< ἄλλος (állos) "other")
ἀμβιβέρο (ambibéro) v - to behave, to act in a certain way (< ἀμβ (amb) "around" + βέρο (béro) "to carry")
ἀρζέντας (arzéntas) nf - dignity, worth (< ἄρζαν (árzan) "worthy" < Proto-Iranian *Hárǰ-ān)
βρατέριννα (bratérinna) nf - brotherhood, fraternity (< βράταρ (brátar) "brother")
θικέομαν (thikéoman) nn - right, freedom (cf. Greek δικαίωμα)
καρίς (karís) nf - declaration; message; voice (< PIE *geh₂r- “shout”)
κονυσθίς (konusthís) nf - conscience (cf. Greek συνείδησις)
οβούλλο (oboúllo) v - to owe; (medipass., impers.) it is necessary, should (cf. Greek ὀφείλω)
πνοώμαν (pnoǘman) nn - spirit, breath (< PIE *pnéwmn̥ "breath")
σαγκανό (sankanó) v - to take; (mediopass.) to receive (Ἁλάκμενο (Halákmeno) in the translation; < PIE *(s)leh₂gʷ- "take")
σγεμέλινος (sgemélinos) adj - human (< sgémelos "human (n)")
τεἑγέρικος (tehegérikos) adj - universal (< tehégera "world, universe")

Sgemélinos and tehegérikos (seen in the title) are an example of Faux-Phrygian’s accent system at work. Even though they are both proparoxytone in the singular masculine nominative, their stress placement is affected differently in other forms. The -on and -a endings that they respectively take both pull stress to the right. But sgemélinos is in the second accent, in which stress only shifts one syllable (sgemelínon); meanwhile, tehegérikos is in the fourth accent, in which stress shifts two syllables (tehegeriká).

I decided to go more literal when rendering "in a spirit of brotherhood". You could also simply say "with brotherhood", in which case the last two words would be replaced with βρατερίννα (braterínna) "brotherhood-INS".
