I think "We're having a baby" is most natural to my ears, "we're expecting" is second-best (it's the euphemism of my parents' generation rather than my own), and "we're pregnant" is ...

what Czwartek said.

What other euphemisms for "pregnant" do we know?
Has anyone else (besides me) ever heard "she's about to domino"?

My wife used this when she had her first miscarriage... I'd personally be fine with "I'm Pregnant" or "We're having a baby", but I think the implication behind "We're Pregnant!" is "We're (in this together because you got me) pregnant! (so while I'm the one who has to bear all the physical burdens, I'll try to take it out on you as much as I can.)"
I hope to see you soon, and we will talk face to face.

I hope you've had a child carried to full term and born well, since then.
How many do you have now?

0 :-(
 we're trying to figure out the issue, but until then she's on a cocktail of different meds.

Back to topic though... what should a couple say (gay or straight) if they went the course of surrogacy? neither of them are actually pregnant, but they will have a baby.
I hope to see you soon, and we will talk face to face.
