I've never done glossing so something is probably funky, as is the stress in the narrow transcription. Oftentimes in particles and a few other words, word-final /ɪ/ and /iː/ elide when preceding either of those two in the next word; "t' " is from "ti", "ngyng' " is from "ngyngi". The apostrophe in "pæ' " is there because it's elided from "pæleæ", which would be done in informal speech. The diaereses demarcate syllable boundaries in vowel sequences so that it isn't read as a long vowel.
