Anyone here made a micro-nation other than me?

Yes, when I was around 10. It served as a setting for my primary conlang at the time (a Latin relex). Anyone who signed the proper forms could get citizenship, so after pestering my neighbours and friends I ended up with a respectable population of two hundred.
